Man Charged with Murder of Transgender Woman in Florida.

The Police in Florida say a man has been charged with Murder of a transgender woman.
The 18-year-old, Keith Lamayne Gaillard held on first- degree murder charges in the death of India-Clarke after DNA was found on the scene.
